1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions regulate the access to and use of Santana Cowork, a service provided by Edge Shore Spaces Sociedade Unipessoal Lda, located in
Rua Machado dos Santos 11 2B, 2410-128 Leiria, Portugal, as well as all associated services (daily, weekly, and monthly plans) and the use of the website www.santanacowork.com.

2. Access and Use

Access to the coworking space is granted through an active subscription (daily, weekly, or monthly plan). Each member receives a unique personal access code, which is strictly non-transferable and may not be shared with third parties.

3. Opening Hours and Availability

Members may access the space according to their plan type:

• Monthly Membership: 24/7 access with personal code
• Daily and Weekly Passes: Access during regular business hours

Santana Cowork reserves the right to adjust access hours or temporarily close facilities when necessary, with prior notice whenever possible.

4. Included Services

Memberships include access to high-speed internet (10 Gbit), shared or dedicated workspaces, 27” monitors, wireless printing, meeting room use (subject to availability), and complimentary coffee and snacks, according to the selected plan.

5. Member Conduct

Members agree to:

• Maintain a respectful and collaborative environment;
• Keep the workspace clean and organized;
• Avoid damage to furniture, equipment, or infrastructure;
• Refrain from using the premises for illegal or disruptive activities.

6. Receiving Clients or Visitors

For security, privacy, and comfort reasons, members and users are not permitted to receive clients, visitors, or hold external meetings on the premises unless explicitly pre-approved by Santana Cowork management.
Violation of this rule may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

7. Payments and Invoicing

Plan fees are listed on the website and may be updated with prior notice. Payments must be made before the start of the subscription period.
No refunds will be issued for early cancellation or non-use of services.

8. Data Protection

Personal data is collected and processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and is used solely for administrative and communication purposes.
Users may exercise their data rights by contacting community@santanacowork.com.

9. Changes to Terms

Santana Cowork may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates take effect upon publication on the website.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the Leiria District Court.
